By means of the discussions: “SUSTAINABILITY AND GASTRONOMY” and “SUSTAINABLE CREATIVITY”, SHAPE 2 seeks to create open, active and plural debate on sustainability and respect to the environment.

Disciplines such as creativity, design, architecture, gastronomy, fashion, education, industry, and journalism… will be embraced by very diverse professionals, from an integrative, innovative and realistic point of view.

SHAPE will enjoy the presence of high-profile figures as the architects and designers Mr. Javier Mariscal, Mr. Emilio Tuñón, Mr. Manuel Estrada, Mr. Victor Pérez Escolano and Mrs. CarmePinós; gastronome and chefs such as Mr. Andoni Luis Adúriz, Mr. Ángel León, and the director of the Basque Culinary Center, Mr. Joxe Mari Aizega; the expert in gastronomy and food, Mr. Ismael DíazYubero; and Deputy Director of Joly Group, Mr. Ignacio Martinez.
